BoosterBuddy is a free app designed to help teens and young adults improve their mental health. Check-in with how you are feeling today, use coping skills, keep track of appointments and medications, get started on tasks, follow self-care routines, and increase real-life socialization.


Breathe is an application designed to help you relax, have fun and even practice deep breathing. This application is an interactive guide to relaxed breathing.


Breathe2Relax is a portable stress management tool which provides detailed information on the effects of stress on the body and instructions and practice exercises to help users learn the stress management skill called diaphragmatic breathing.Breathing exercises have been documented to decrease the body’s ‘fight-or-flight’ (stress) response, and help with mood stabilization, anger control, and anxiety management. Breathe2Relax can be used as a stand-alone stress reduction tool, or can be used in tandem with clinical care directed by a healthcare worker.


Feelit is a social app that helps you express your feelings and communicate through them. You can select your daily feelings easily and have a timeline filled with true emotions of the people you care about. You can also explore and see the trending feelings in colorful bubbles, and support users by sending them hugs and cheer-up messages. Feelit also provides a widget that allows you to see how your closest friends are feeling at all times, and with one tap, you can ask them how they feel at any moment.


Happier is a fun social gratitude journal combined with a positive community! Keep track of the small happy moments in your day and feel awesome when they help someone smile. Research shows people who focus on finding a few positive things about their day are happier, healthier, and less stressed.

I Am A Witness

A keyboard to help end bullying. With emojis, stickers and GIFs, you can tell a bully to stop, or you can support a friend, or you can just generally spread good vibes around the world.

KnowBullying (For Parents)

An app that provides tips about bullying for specific age groups: 3-6, 7-13, and teens. Provides warning signs of child bullying, being bullied, or witnessing bullying. Provides online resources, conversation starters, resources for educators on how to prevent bullying in the classroom, and how to support children being bullied.

Free app that allows you to create a network you can reach out to when you are feeling suicidal.

· Create your support system by adding contact information for those who know and care about you and want to help in your time of crisis.
· Build your safety plan toolbox by listing coping strategies, people or places that can provide some distractions or comfort.

Sit With Us

Sit With Us is a social networking app designed to promote kindness and inclusion in schools. Offers features to coordinate lunch with your friends, volunteer to be Ambassadors for their schools, and post open lunch events on campus where everyone will be included. Sit With Us was designed by a 16 year old girl who was a victim of severe bullying. It was terrible having to eat lunch alone everyday, so her goal was to create an app to make sure that no kids felt like they had nowhere to go.


Stigma provides a safe way to build your support network, journal what’s on your mind, and keep track of your mood. Message supportive peers, join groups that match your interests, share journals and offer & receive support, track your mood in a calendar, and more.

Teen Talk App

Teen Talk is a free iPhone app where teens can get support for  whatever they may be dealing with from a trained teen. It is a safe, non-judgmental space where you can anonymously post your issue at any time and get support from a trained teen between 6-10pm Pacific time.

Talk about anything from anxiety, depression, relationships, family issues, school… whatever may be causing you stress or worry.

Thought Diary

Thought Diary helps you evaluate, understand, and change your thoughts and feelings. Using this app, you can work to identify your emotions, analyze how and why you’re feeling this way, challenge those negative beliefs, and change your approach to all situations, and make long-lasting changes in your thinking and behavior.

Virtual Hope Box

App designed for use by patients and their behavioral health providers as an accessory to treatment. The VHB contains simple tools to help with coping, relaxation, distraction, and positive thinking. Use the app to store a variety of rich multimedia content you find personally supportive in times of need (i.e. family photos, videos and recorded messages from loved ones, inspirational quotes, music, reminders of previous successes, positive life experiences and future aspirations, and affirmations of your worth in your VHB).
