Teen Line has been awarded an AI for Accessibility Grant by Microsoft to apply Artificial Intelligence to our youth hotline. Teen Line volunteers will participate in data annotation to develop machine learning modeling to understand and map teen language to mental health issues and symptoms to improve hotline management to better serve youth.
Teen Line is proud to collaborate with Microsoft, Hubino and Catalaize for this innovative project. Teen Line aims to share its findings from this project with the larger mental health community to assist in improved early detection, support and treatment of mental health conditions.
