"My parents have kicked me out of the house and I have no place to go. Where can I stay?" - 15 year old

If you or a friend are determined to run away, and talking it out with someone you trust doesn’t seem to help, please run to a safe place. Even the most street-wise people can get ripped off, harassed, arrested or seriously hurt while trying to make it on their own. Several agencies in the Los Angeles area provide free services for those without shelter. These services include help in finding shelter, food, medical care, employment, and education.
