TEEN QUESTION/PROBLEM:
I am a virgin and I am waiting until marriage to have sex, but the man I am going to marry has had sex once before. I am extremely understanding and forgiving, but it is still hard to think about him being with someone else. I guess I just don't know how to get past it and not get upset or think about him being with someone else.

TEEN LINE WROTE:
Hey, thanks for contacting TEEN LINE! It sounds like you are feeling a little uncomfortable about your fiance having had sex before. It's really great of you to make an effort to understand where he's coming from. Maybe if you and your fiance keep an open line of communication about it, you can work toward moving past this issue. Also, maybe if you talk about how you are feeling with a friend or someone you trust you will feel better about the situation. You are also welcome to call us at 1-310-855-4673 (6pm-10pm PST, 7 days a week) or chat with us at teenlineonline.org.

TEEN QUESTION/PROBLEM:
My mom found out that im haveing sex with my boyfriend and she got really mad and now i feel like im in jail at my house. She doesn't want me to stay sfter school anymore, she doesn't want me to be in cheer anymore, i can't go out with friends or family members. I want to move in with my boyfriend and he thinks it's a good idea because he feels bad for me. His mom is okay with it and he told me that he'll take care of me and get a job.

TEEN LINE WROTE:
Hey, thanks for contacting TEEN LINE.
It sounds like you're feeling trapped. Have you considered talking to your mother about how you're feeling ? It seems like you really care about your boyfriend but have you thought about what would happen if you were to move in with your boyfriend. It must be really frustrating to be on such a tight watch. Maybe talking with your mom could help work out a different way of dealing with this. Or maybe there is someone else you can talk to about this?...another family member could help mediate between you two. Of course you can always cal TEEN LINE. Our number is 1-800-852-8336 and we're open from 6 to 10 pm (pst).
