my cousin has a drinking problem as well as a drug issue. any advise?

Im wondering if you talked to your cousin about the issues they have been having and the way you feel about it? Sometimes telling someone specifically what you think is wrong or right, could let them know exactly how your feeling. You mentioned that your cousin also has drug issues, here is the number for I-ADARP. The number is 818-994-7454 any they have youth drug abuse programs.
