TEEN QUESTION/PROBLEM:
I'm really not sure if this is the right area, or if this will get rejected, but I need help. I don't know who I am. I mean, in psychology, one of the things we learned is that during the teenage years, the teen goes through identity vs. role confusion. 'The teen is successful in this stage if they figure out "their place in life". They fail it if they're not sure who they are.' So, I'm pretty sure I'm confused on who I am. And this does lead to a relationship thing. I like this girl quite a bit, and despite being some years apart, she likes me. And I've made sure to be careful not to take advantage of her since I'm the older and am bout to turn 18. But anyways, she's the sexual active type. I'm somewhat the sexual active type. We mainly do it through the phone and internet since we live two states away. But... I feel that I'm a Christian, and I dont know what to do. I know that 'God's way is the right way' and such, but.. I guess I want both, but my heart seems to be torn and feels like I have to choose one. I don't want to give the girl up, but I don't want to give God up either. I'm just so confused.
