TEEN QUESTION/PROBLEM:
I get bullied in the school to the extent where i want to just give up on life , and just throw it all away. Theres no solution . There so cruel & mean. Everyone turned against me. Everyone that said they had my back dont now. The problem escalated in just 1 short week & its really getting to me. They make me cry so much i try not to think about it but it just comes up. I'm really sad & helpless nothing would stop them

It must be really unsettling to have your friends turn against you, and I'm worried about your feelings of helplessness. Have you thought about talking to a parent or a sibling about your feelings? They could be supportive of your situation. Also, have you considered talking to a school counselor about how you've been feeling lately? They could also offer you free space to vent your feelings as well as a great source of support. Bullying in any capacity, physical or verbal, is never okay, so your school counselor also could report the poor behavior of your classmates to the school administration.
