YOUR RIGHTS Even if you’re under 18, you DO have rights.
There is a program called the Children’s Rights Project (listed below) whose goal is to serve young people who are in need of legal representation. A few of the areas where they can provide you with legal services are: education, emancipation, government benefits, health care, immigration, and civil rights. You are eligible for assistance if you are under the age of 18.
