TEEN QUESTION/PROBLEM:
iam 15 years old and i think i maybe pregnant. i have been having many symptoms of pregnancy such as sore breasts, backaches, cravings, frequent urination, and so on. but the thing is i havent missed my period. i usualy have a 7 day period but the last time i got it it seemed lighter and only lasted 5 days. iam so scared that i might be pregnant. i need HELP!!!

Thanks for contacting TEENLINE. I've never heard of that but i am not a trained medical person so i can not say. You really need to go to a doctor as soon as possible because i don't know any other details about when you had sex, or if there is a possiblity for STDs and STI's.

It is important to find out what is going on so that you can deal with it. This must be really stressful and frustrating to not know what is going on with your body. It is important to take care of your body and seeing a doctor is essential in being able to do that.

You can also go to Planned Parenthood (plannedparenthood.org) or make an appointment by calling (800)576-5544. You won't be able to properly deal with this until you know if you are pregnant or not.
