My mom doesn't trust me she says that im always sneaking around when im not and now i really need someone to talk to about when i got raped/molested.............i want to talk to my mom but i don't know how...

I'm really glad you emailed us. You must be feeling really hurt, scared and alone after being raped and molested and i can understand that you would want to talk to your Mom and have your mom on your side. What do you think she will say if you tell her? It seems like you want to talk about what happened and tell someone how you're feeling. I think this is really good and you should find someone that you can trust to talk to you and help you. Your mom would probably be your first choice and it must be very hard to not feel her trust. Maybe mention that it will really help you if she would listen especially because you are going through something that you need her help with.

Also, is there anyone else you could talk to? Do you have any friends or other family members that you trust? I can give you this number to call if you want to someone who specializes in rape treatment. It is called RAINN (rape,abuse,and incest national network) and their number is 800 656 4673.
