TEEN QUESTION/PROBLEM:
I keep having these dreams where i'm doing terrible things, like shooting my friends, or burning down my school and it is reeeeeeeaaallllyyy scaring me. i'm not a violent person, and i would never do any of these things, but is it possible that i have a split personality or like an evil sub coniuos or something? could i actually do something like that??!?!?!?!

I understand that you might be really freaked out right now. It's completely normal to feel this way. Just because you are having these dreams doesn't necessarily mean you are going to act out these actions. Could it be that you have some hidden anger inside of you or something that you have done in the past that you are regretting? Have you thought about going to see a therapist about how you are feeling?
