QUESTION/PROBLEM:
Well I don't know who to talk to, because my dad is abusive and i don't want to live with him when he beats my mom from time to time and I dont know how to deal with it. I want to live with my grandparents but my parents won't let me. What should i do?

Have you considered contacting the National Hotline for Child Abuse? They will do whatever they can to help you out in your situation, and they may reccomend to your father that he attend counseling (or, you may wish to suggest it if they don't). Their number is 800-422-4453, and it is open 24/7.

If you are worried that your father may react poorly to the news and abuse you, you may wish to request that they do not come to you at home but rather perhaps come to you in another environment, such as at school.
