As for rape and whether it is sex: Rape is an unwillful violation of your body. Do you want to consider that sex? Rape is a really violent serious act. To be violated in that way can be scary and confusing, especially if it's someone you know. For safety reasons, I suggest you see your doctor if this happened to you.
Have you considered going to the hospital for an exam? Is there anyone you could talk to that you trust? You need to consider STD's (sexually transmitted diseases) and possible pregnancy.
