TEEN LINE is in the Race For $250,000

Thank you for supporting TEEN LINE in the Chase Giving Contest!

TEEN LINE saves lives. Simple.

It’s a formula developed 3 decades ago by experts working with teenagers. A teenager in crisis needs someone to turn to. Most don’t because they are afraid of being judged, being told what to do, or getting in trouble.

TEEN LINE listens. Simple.

More than 120 teenagers volunteer at TEEN LINE. They are complete months of training, learning how to listen. They don’t give advice. They don’t judge. TEEN LINE volunteers help teens in trouble come to their own solutions and solve their own problems. They armed with a multitude of resources specializing in nearly ever service through Southern California.

TEEN LINE innovates. Simple.

TEEN LINE answers phone calls. Yes, but our teen volunteers do a lot more. They respond to thousands of emails every year. They chat online with teens more comfortable with that format. The travel to schools and community groups and talk face to face.
