thought about getting a gym membership?
if you have the extra cash you could even get a personal trainer, doing things at the gym such as a spin class helps with your endurance as well as weightloss
We also have this thing near my house, not sure if you have it where you are
but its called "Zen Hot Yoga" its basically a yoga/ fitness session in a really hot room almost like a sauna, aswell as burning off calories you sweat half of it out aswell! haha i used to work near it and the people coming out of there would rave about it all the time! look into it
