im a surger adic so its hard for me to loose wieght. im curently 165 lbs! i love food and i try to loose the wieght it does not work i need some help!
to sad to talk
to sad to speek
to sad to sleep
to sad to eat
i cant say good bye to my friend Cristy who died!
my friend Jasson and i are now going out.
Jasson was Cristys bf before she died.

thought about getting a gym membership?
if you have the extra cash you could even get a personal trainer, doing things at the gym such as a spin class helps with your endurance as well as weightloss

We also have this thing near my house, not sure if you have it where you are
but its called "Zen Hot Yoga" its basically a yoga/ fitness session in a really hot room almost like a sauna, aswell as burning off calories you sweat half of it out aswell! haha i used to work near it and the people coming out of there would rave about it all the time! look into it :)

just cut down on wht u eat and u can still eat but dont eat so much and excerise

Occupy yourself by going outside. I'm really trying to loose weight too. I try to stay away from stuff that is not healthy. That doesn't mean you always have to avoid un-healthy foods. Try new veggies. Good luck!

some people can join a gym or adhere to a certain diet, and this helps them loose some excess weight. but, if you're a sugar addict, like you say, those options may not work for you. have you ever considered Overeaters Anonymous or one of the other food/body related 12 step programs? there's groups all over the US, and throughout the rest of the world, and people find relief from compulsive eating.

all food is good just as long as its in portions. So just limit the sugar and sweets. Sometimes ill make sure there is only healthy food in the house so when im hungry thats all i can get. But thats kinda hard to keep at. for exersize just go for a walk with friends or play some sports. if that sounds boring then just take an extra lap aroud the mall before going into stores. overall it doesnt matter your weight but that you are healthy

The best way to lose weight is to have a healthy diet and include at least 30 minute of physical exercise/activity in your routine. A healthy diet means a diet which is natural, personalized, doesn't contain any food-supplements/medicines, doesn't keep you hungry, has all the essential nutrients for your body and still makes you lose weight

It would be best to avoid foods with too much carbs and of course exercises can truly help. Do some sit-ups every morning and before you sleep. You can also regularly do some muscle stretching activities. Swimming and biking are effective. You must also increase your water intake. Water means a great deal in loosing weight.

Today's era many people suffered by heavy weight. There are many ways to lose weight like do exercise and yoga, take proper sleep, eat healthy and nutritious food, drink more water, avoid fast food and so on.

Im currently on a health streak. Fast food was my worst offense. Just dont look at it like there is bad food and good food. thank of it as you can eat this food whenver you want. and you dont need a lot. just be conscious of when you feel full instead of trying to finish a plate, and it also is good to get healthy foods to eat to snack on. like 100 calorie packs, veggies, fruits, etc.
What doesnt kill you makes you stronger, need an example? ME!

The most important and effective of weight loss is regular exercise and balance diet. Also avoid junk, oily and sweet food which are the main cause of weight gain. Include some fruits and green vegetables in your daily diet.
