how young is to young?

yesterday i found out someone i know was using pot, normally i would think nothing of it because i dont think its a huge deal and i have used pot myself but not until i was about 16, the person i found out about is only 11 and it shocked me. Is 11 to young or am i being hypocritical?

i am only 12 and i have smoked once or twice. and my sister is 13 and she smokes all the time. but ou kow what it doesnt matter because people learn there lessons at differant times.

well 11 is not to young but not old enough because ppl do things at different ages and they will hopefully learn their lesson im 16 and iv smoked once.....but dont worrie that person will be fine weed cant kill you so dont worrie

I was eleven when I started. My brother was nine. He's the youngest I've ever seen but I've heard younger.

Yes I feel 11 is too young :/
Unfortunately drugs are being more accepted in society and younger children are exposed to drugs, its easy for them to get hold of drugs. Drugs are illegal though and the younger the child the more prone they are to mental illness and addiction.

There's no real age for 'too young'.
People do it for different reasons and at different ages.
Personally i have a ten yr old sister and if she did it i would be mortified.

I have a ten year old brother and I would be concerned if he did drugs but I also have a forty three year old father and I would be concerned if he did drugs as well.
I also disagree with any "too young" age. Most drugs are illegal regardless of age, so that doesn't change. It's just far easier to get more damaged and addicted at a younger age.

No offense but have you heard yourselves?! ANY age is too young! Pot or any drig for that matter is definately NOT the answer. I have had personal experiences with drug abuse (not me, my dad) When my dad started drugs I swear it was like he died and became a whole new person. He got angry over everything, he was so... distant. NO BODY should EVER choose that option. Please think before you reply. Telling them taht 9, 11, 16, or any age is an okay age is wrong. That encourages people to ruin their, the people around them, their friends, their loved one's lives!
