How do i be good like you all the other kids?

im 14 My dads a little mean but not abusive....... he just punchs spanks belts slaps kicks....... eh the whole package but dont mistake it for abuse. Abuse is like breaking bones. My dad has only abused me a couple times. He broke a rib and gave me a concusion but nothing serious.
Im still scared....... even though i deserve gettingg hit everyday but its sccarryy...... and painful.... i dont know how to be good. Can anyone tell me how to be good?
I try to do my cleaning all day and i try to be polite but even though i do my best i asways end up fainting from my punishment. ......how do i be good?

im sorry ..but everything u went through was abuse not deciplin.. i went through abuse with my mom and its not easy to addmit.. i know its hard to think that your family the people that your supost to trust no matter what hurt you.. and you deserve to talk about this stuff or anything thats on your mind .. you can always PM me i answer right away ..your not alone in this

You're definitely not alone in this.
Your right that it's not abuse - it's abuse to a whole new level. Not acceptable at all.
A parent should never ever do what you have done to you - never.
You don't have to prove anything - we trust you here that your a good kid trying to get help.
We can talk to you, and help you cope with it, but you really gotta get a counselor involved and have somebody do something about this. It's intolerable. You don't deserve it.
