abused by sister

Im pretty sure im abused by my little sister. She is very overweight and only a year younger. she plays football and wreslting too. if i dont do what she says, she will kick and punch me and once, started hitting me with a umbrella. my mom doesnt believe me. its not a tantrum. she really means it and her punches hurt, mostly reduce me to tears. then she called me bad words and say how i should died, and how she hates me. the other day, i wore her socks, and she pushed a pillow in my face and punch me in my stomach, while buring her knees into my legs. once she even slapped me, hard across the face and knocked out a tooth, just because i would'nt finish all her homework for her. she screams at me, calling me a worthess being. i have many brusies and cuts. i always where long sleeves to cover them. if i fight back, she hits harder. i dont fear her as much anymore, but i want the hitting to stop. HELP
