friends maybe or relationship??

well we have been friends for a long time. well i have like him and i told him that and he said he looks at me like a sister. but what doesnt make sense is every friday we go out and he kisses me and holds me tight like we r dating and i get so confused. but when he kisses me i dont want to let him go because i feel a conection between us. its like sparks fly. im not so sure what to do? cuz i am slowly falling in love with him. and i dont want my heart to get broken. so im stuck.

If he tells you that he likes you like a sister, and then holds you tight and kisses you...
I don't know what his relationship is with his sister, but it doesn't seem like it's healthy for you...he doesn't seem like he wants to get tied down to one girl.
Meaning....he's experimenting a bit...why not? he's young, can get away with it, etc...
It's nice that you like him, but if this is how he is right now, it's probably not the best thing.
If he's not all for you, then it's not a real relationship.
and if it's not a real relationship, than kissing you is wrong.
I know your feelings play a big role in this...but you gotta look past them...
Maybe by taking a break from him he will come to realize what a special person he is missing and end up wanting to give everything else up for you. That's special.
I don't want to say 100% because every situation is different, but from my experience with girls, that's the way many guys think, and you don't deserve to be taken advantage of.

well i kind of screwed up and had sex with him. and now that i think about it i dont have any thing to look for in him and i still like him but as much as i i thought i would but we are good friends and we have sex every now in then and we just have fun no matter what it seems like that brought our friendship closer

Well, as long as you realize that he's really only in it for the pleasure, and that you have decided that you are okay with him using you, then by all means.
Think about it a bit though...you're no object. You deserve more than just a dude who wants to get his way with you.
