Should we still be friends?

Well my friend was tired of being picked on and this other girl said to me to tell my friend to just go kill herself already. So I was protecting the other girl and two other people were helping me. So my so called friend punched her in the head and the other girl threw a bible at her. The other girl decided to run and cry for her mom. I started running after the girl that got punched. She started holding on to me. My friend ran away and cried. So now I can't hang out with the girl who got punched. What do I do?

i think that you need to tell both girls that its not your fight and if they care about you they will respect your decision to stay out of it and be friends with both there is no reason you shouldnt be able to hang out with both you just wont be able to hang out with both at the same time
