1. take a deep breath
2. think about the problem
3.hit something (preferably not meaningful, valuable, or breakable)
4. (if in somewhere where you can) scream
5. be mad
6. avoid sharp objects
7.take a deep breath
8. depending on the type of person you are either
a) talk it out
b) give yourself a moment of solitary confinement
9. Express your feeling
10. Relax
11. Apologise for any circumstances that might have taken place during steps 1-10
12. This might sound cheesy but write it out
in a journal or on some paper write a letter, poem, story, journal entry, etc. expressing your feelings. You don't have to send it/publishit/show it too anyone but you. You might even want to crumble it up and throwit away when your done so that nobody will see your innermost thoughts and feelings
