Relapse

After about a month of not cutting I've relapsed and cut again. I don't know what to do anymore. i've been going to counceling and it doesn't seem to be helping. I don't know what to do anymore and I'm just ready to give up. I can't take it anymore :cry:

i know exactly how you feel. iv been clean for about a month. then one night i just got really mad and grabbed my knife and started cutting. i dont know what to do, i have no friends, im failing every class in school, my parents dont understand me, and people dont stp bullying me.

Ik Wat u mean, I stoped cutting awhile ago then started, then stoped then started then stoped, iv been clean for bout 5 months, if.yall need help, just tell me. Unicy, Ik Wat ur goin threw
