i am fat, and i'm trying to lose weight. i go to the gym and go on the treadmill for atleast 30 min a day usually on level 3.5 -4. but then when i leave i get temptations at night to eat and i negate what i did at the gym i feel like. im tired of being fat and feeling like crap all the time because pretty girls wont go out with me. i hate it. i really want to loose the weight but im having trouble dealing with cravings
