This applies to that as well. Not eating is the opposite of what you should be doing.
Remember, the best way to beat them is to live on, happily, and healthfully.
I've been through a few non-eating stages...I'm 6"4, yet 160lbs right now...at that time I went down to 135lbs. You gotta have someone helping you get back on track.
Not overdoing the eating, but not barely eating anything either.
You can do this - it all starts with your mindset.
