i gained 10 pounds in 4 days should i be worried?

Don't worry! I do that a lot to. I'm a really big eater but I also work out a lot. Do you have a local YMCA or JCC? They have pretty good gyms there. Just remember that anorexia is never the answer (or bulimia)! Good luck. You'll lose those pounds in no time! (and you lose two pounds every night you sleep!)

hahaha no im not concerned about my weight i was kinda glad cuz it went to my butt and now my jeans look good but i was wondering if it was anything to be concerned with health wise.

don't worry this happens to me allot and I usually lose it as fast as I gained it although if it keeps going up that fast for a few weeks then you should probably see a doctor

That depends. Are you a girl? I only know that girls' weights can fluctuate a lot especially because of water retention due to our period. Not normally 10 pounds in 4 days but you never can tell when you're dealing with hormones. Did you eat a lot during those 4 days? Did you use different scales? There are many factors. You could very well be...um...how to put this?...constipated. If that's the case and you haven't...well, you know... in a while, get more fiber into your diet with apples and Fiber 1 cereal . That said, random teens on the Internet are no replacement for a real diagnosis, prognosis, whatever. You may want to consult a doctor if there have been no significant changes in your diet, and especially if your stomach has been hurting.
