oh, you, you have plenty of time and energy...

i sujest streching once a day and running twice a week.

that'll be plenty.

just do things at your pace and push yourself a little after each week.

it'll take alot of comitment and determination but you can do it. :)

dont run yourself to the ground each day, that'll never work cause the body gets stronger by healing itself.....
