Insomnia is the inability to sleep. I'm sure you can figure out the side effects from there...

Insomnia is difficulty in either getting to sleep or staying asleep. It can also be classed as nonrestorative sleep. Relaxation therapy has proven extremely successful. It soothes the mind and brings breathing deeper and deeper until you're finally asleep.

Insomnia, from the Latin "in"(not) and "somnus"(sleep), is a condition characterized by difficulty falling asleep and remaining asleep.

Insomnia is a common sleep disorder. People who have insomnia have trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or both. As a result, they may get too little sleep or have poor-quality sleep.
They may not feel refreshed when they wake up. Lifestyle changes, including better sleep habits, often help relieve acute insomnia.

Insomnia popularly known as sleeping disorder is increasing among people and the main reason for that is improper lifestyle, Unbalance diet, Lack of exercise and some bad habits such as drinking and smoking. So avoid such kind of thing to control the Insomnia.

Insomnia can involve:

Difficulty falling asleep.
Difficulty staying asleep.
Waking up too early in the morning.
Not feeling refreshed after a night's sleep.
